Shipping

Each of our products are artisan in nature and made by small family workshops. With this in mind, we may have only 1 in stock but replacements can be ordered. The imperfections inherent in handmade ceramics and glass include variations in size, shape and colors, paint drips, glaze dimples and even fingerprints! Your purchase will be carefully prepared for shipping no later than the next business day after receiving your order. Free gift wrap is available for most items except for some larger oversized pieces.

Your purchases are shipped from Cleveland, Ohio and usually the maximum shipping time is up to 3-4 days in transit but depends on the season and any weather-related issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at our negotiated and discounted rate with UPS at ground rates. For small items like jewelry, we may choose to ship by Priority Mail so you receive it sooner. We do not charge for packing and handling except for the crating of volcanic stone tables and chairs. We can also send the order expedited if you need it quickly. You will need to call us for a quote for expedited service.

We ship worldwide and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and based on country of final destination and type of product being sent. The rates change from country to country and commodity to commodity.

Returns

You can expect a full refund if the item is returned like new within 7 days of receipt and a store credit when received back to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. To arrange a return, please call us at 440-333-9600 or email solari@solarihome.com. Use all of the original packaging material to repack it in the same fashion in which it was received. The carton will have to be insured at the amount of it’s purchase price. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days from merchandise receipt. All original packing materials and items will have to be available for inspection by the UPS driver so please don’t discard them. We will place the insurance claim with UPS, and the replacement merchandise will promptly be sent to you and a label for the carton if returning to us is deemed necessary. Gift Certificates are issued for gifts returned by the recipient.
